- Approximately $28 million jury verdict – Medical malpractice (missed brain bleed) – Kings County (Brooklyn), 2019: a man's brain bleed was not diagnosed in time at a public hospital, leaving him with a severe brain injury and paralysis on one side. After appeal, a judgment of approximately $17 million was paid in full.
- Approximately $4.3 million jury verdict – Wrongful death (missed heart attack) – Westchester County, 2017: a hospital failed to report and review an EKG and order timely heart testing. After appeal, total recovery of approximately $5.1 million.
- $3.92 million jury verdict – Wrongful death (sepsis after surgery) – Queens County, 2018: a woman died of septic shock from a leak after cancer surgery, and the jury found she had not given informed consent. Reduced after trial, then settled.
- $3.5 million jury verdict – Wrongful death (delayed cancer diagnosis) – Queens County, 2018: a woman's ovarian cancer was not diagnosed in time. Liability affirmed on appeal.
- $1.75 million jury verdict – Birth injury – Nassau County (Long Island), 2016: an improper vacuum delivery caused a baby's brain injury with permanent learning and thinking problems. Affirmed on appeal (2018).
- $1.5 million jury verdict – MTA bus accident – Queens County, 2015: a passenger fell on an MTA bus and suffered spine and knee injuries that will require a knee replacement.
