Robert A. Miklos

Special Trial Counsel and Founding Partner

Trial attorney Robert A. Miklos has dedicated his life to helping others who have been wrongfully injured by litigating matters ranging from catastrophic negligence cases involving paralysis, brain injury, and amputation and other surgeries to complex medical malpractice cases involving surgery, birth, and cancer as examples. Throughout his career, Robert A. Miklos has helped recover over $100,000,000 for medical malpractice and negligence victims in the communities of New York City and surrounding counties. He continues to serve as special trial counsel to Plaintiff's medical malpractice and personal injury law firms in New York. Robert A. Miklos’ success in the courtroom has been recognized by both peer recognition groups and client appreciation sites such as Super Lawyers, Multimillion Dollars Advocate’s Forum, Martindale- Hubbell, and Avvo. In addition, he has served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and is a proud member of several community organizations.
